Rooms and Interiors

We have a limited number of beautifully decorated and interior designed guest bedrooms. The main house is a traditional Newar style stonehouse, 200 years old. Now fully renovated with passion and care for every detail by a Frenchman, the main house offers American Standard conveniences. The interior has been beautifully designed and features old wood carvings, sculptures, and statues.

In a separate building, 150 years old, the outside “stone and mud” façade has been preserved for its natural beauty and old world charm. In sharp contrast to the main house, however, the inside of this second building has been decorated in modern. All the rooms in this house have attached bathrooms and are specially designed for comfort and new style living.
