Organic

As we have indicated on our Menu, we are starting to offer selected organic foods. Already, clients are discovering with pleasure the wonderful sugar pulp taste of Organic Marmolus BAEL juice ….and loving it! Bael juice is naturally sweet and comes from the fruit of a tree that grown in Nepal, India etc. For most people, it is a “real discovery” and a real treat too!

On our menu you will also find Laligurans and Junar juices, 100% natural. Western people will be interested to know That Laligurans are none other than Rhododendrons. Yes, juice made from Rhododendrons, the natural flower of Nepal!

More recently we have added organic real fruit Strawberry Jam as a feature of our breakfast menu. This way, when our guests have their complimentary continental breakfast, they can enjoy the wonderful and savory taste of this luscious natural product. This delicious product comes from the local Organic Farm.

As time goes on, no doubt we will be adding many more organic products.
